TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

* Stays of 10 days or more are at same rate as Sunday to Sunday Packages.
** Minimum occupancy requirements may apply to three bedroom cottages.

Rates are per adult per night and will be determined by the actual occupancy of your cottage / log chalet and the length of stay.  The deposit is applied to the last day of the reservation. The rates are in Canadian dollars and do not include gratuity nor applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Rates are American Plan and include breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. For those fishing, all the essentials for a shore meal are provided by the Inn. Credit is not given for missed meals.

Fishing Seasons for 2012

          Northern Pike opens May 12th

          Lake Trout are in season all year

          Large and Small Mouth Bass opens June 23rd

 

Deposits and Confirmation

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. Please remit $200 CDN per adult for stays of 7 nights or less, $300 CDN per person for stays of 8 nights or more, and $50.00 CDN per child age 3 and up. Payment can be made by cheque, Visa or Master Card, and must be received within 14 days of booking. The deposit is applied to the last day of your reservation.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of all or part of a reservation, your deposit will be forfeited unless we receive ten weeks notice in writing.

For any cancellation, there is a $25 administration fee. The balance of the deposit will be held for up to one year, during which time it can be applied to another booking or gift certificate purchase. Any deposit that is unused after one year will be lost.

Changes to a reservation during the ten weeks prior to arrival - shortened length of stay, changes in dates - may be considered a cancellation resulting if forfeiture of deposit.
